This privacy policy explains the types of personal data, Allegra Photography (later referred to in the text as “we”), may collect about you whilst you interact with us. We collect and process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Danish Data Protection Regulation. We do not disclose data to any third parties unless it is necessary for the fulfillment of service, you have specifically given consent for a particular service, or we have a legitimate interest in disclosing data. Instances in which we do disclose data to third parties are outlined below.

 

SITE ACTIVITY DATA

Allegra Photography considers Internet user privacy and data protection to be of paramount importance.

The Allegra Photography website complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to all processing of personal data supplied to us by users and other personal data in our possession for any reason. It is the policy of Allegra Photography to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of any personal information, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number that you provide to us. Because your privacy is important to us, we maintain this website privacy policy to protect your personal information. By using this site, you consent to the terms of this website's privacy policy. We do not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those identified below, except with your consent or as required by law.

Each time you visit our website www.allegraphoto.com the web server collects and logs certain information. We keep these access logs for a reasonable period of time. These logs include but are not restricted to your computer’s TCP/IP address, your username (if applicable), date, time, and files accessed. These logs also contain information about referrer information if you clicked on an external link in order to access a webpage. We use these logs solely for performance, site administration, and security reviews. We do not sell or share this information with any third party.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect only personal information about you, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we may receive personal information about you when you send us an email through our website contact form. We do not sell any personal information we receive through our website to any third party, nor will we add such information to any bulk email list we may prepare.

 

Additionally, when you make an order through Allegra Photography, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including bank account/ mobile pay information), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”In case there is an order of  service  (photoshoot contract) your personal information will be processed solely for the purpose of the legal transaction and may be shared with 3rd party service that processes accounting of Allegra Photography (Dinero.dk) and other legal institutions that by law need to have visibility of Allegra Photography business (bank, payment services, SKAT tax service and etc.)

 

COOKIES

We may use this information for purposes including determining which of our emails are more interesting to users and querying whether users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them. The pixel will be deleted when you delete the email. If you do not wish the pixel to be downloaded to your device, you should read the email in plain text view or with images disabled.

CONTACT FORMS

When using our contact form we collect the following information which is directly provided by the user, their name, email address, telephone number, address, and the message itself. The information provided is only used to reply or for direct contact with the user. This information is never used by third-party services or sold. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

 

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you contact us via the contact form or email, and there is no order of service, we delete your data after 6 months. We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, phone, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.

 

WHAT WE SHARE WITH OTHERS

We share information with third parties who help us provide our services to you;

  • Wix.com is a website provider where contact forms, google analytics, and cookies live. For each online booking process on this website, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, email details, and other information you share in private messages.

  • Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

  • Dinero.dk is an accounting service that supports our invoicing and accounting.

  • Mobile Pay is a  payment method we offer and if chosen might capture your billing information. 

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through bank transfer and Mobile Pay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Mobile Pay and banks, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

 

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted (if is not legally required information to provide service).
